KIARA NICHOLE was born yesterday!! baby and mother are doing great. for those of you that don't know, carlos' sister and husband have been trying to have a baby for 7 years. after extensive treatment (all natural), they conceived and are now the proud parents of an 8lbs 2oz baby girl!
we are still in negotiations over our house. the price we feel is still a little low, but at this point we just want to sell.
and as for a place out here ... we are going to meet with the landlord of the house in lakewood tonight while the kids go to VBS.

Nicole and Carlos - how wonderful the news! God is soooo good. He often asks us to step into the waters... in this case crossing the Red Sea from the east to the west... Nic- the desires of your heart shared over Thai food has been gifted to you.... a back yard, YAH! closeness to the church with an excellent school reputation BEFORE August - what a beautiful home. I just had breakfast with Jackie and a long chat about you, jobs, Kid's Church, puppets.... and a look at home for the Cueva's. I will be praying for continued "Divine Moments' as your story continues to unfold. Listen and anticipate... He is at work!
I had dinner with Nancy F at the Thai place and was so thankful that I didn't have to refuse our table... I'm saving it for when you recross the Red Sea on whichever trip is most convenient for you (so no pressure that it has to be this spring) I love you girlfriend!
